Aerial Silks
Experience the thrill of aerial silks and live your circus dreams. Climb, tumble and learn to dance in the air. It's so fun you'll forget you are working out!
Aerial Hoop
This circus apparatus is perfect for those who want to spin and fly. The aerial hoop, or lyra, is a circular apparatus that hangs from the air and spins. Learn to create beautiful shapes and flow through the hoop in these classes.
Flexibility
This class is great for those who are looking to gain flexibility for dance, aerials or just life. Come stretch and improve your quality of life through movement. Think of this class as a more intense yoga. The stretches are geared for dancers and aerialists but can be modified to fit any level.
