FAQ
What do I wear to class?
For pole we recommend layers. You will want to bring shorts but for warm up leggings and a comfy top are recommended. For silks and lyra (aerial hoop) we recommend leggings and a comfortable top. You may also want long sleeve layer options for these classes.
What should I bring to class?
Water and a yoga mat are needed for every class. If you forget we do have mats you can borrow and water available for purchase. We also recommend bringing your own grip aids (chalk, resin, dry hands, etc.)
Who can attend class?
Our classes are designed for anyone male, female, nonbinary, etc. over the age of 18. Teens ages 14+ are also welcome to attend any of our classes with parent approval. We may offer youth specific classes in the future if there is demand for them as our studio grows. We welcome beginners through advanced levels. If you have health concerns and are unsure if you can attend, feel free to reach out or consult your physician.
Can anyone really take these classes?
"I am too old", "I am too out of shape", etc. etc. We hear these things often, and yes, you too can take class. Beginner classes are just that- beginner! No experience, no problem. We will help you get there one step at a time. All you have to do is show up and put in the work.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do. You may cancel a class and receive credit back for your class as long as it is at least 6 hours before the class start time. For example, if class starts at 7pm and you cancel at 11am, you may reuse that class credit any time. However, if you cancel at 3pm, you forfeit the class. A no call no show will also result in loss of the class credit.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes! If you are looking for one on one training, please feel free to contact us or book through our website.
What level is right for me?
Please read each class description to determine the best level for you. Beginner and mixed level classes are open to all, but some classes may have prerequisites in order to attend. If you are unsure feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to help you choose a class. Looking for more advanced training? You can schedule a private lesson or open studio training time.
